This is an essential service that maintains the appearance and hygiene of your pet. Each Bath & Brush service at Chapel Hill grooming includes:
- Premium shampoos and fine conditioners,
- Blow dry,
- Full brushing out,
- Trimming of pads/feet,
- Nail trimming, and
- Ear cleaning.
Your dog or cat will look fuller, healthier, and more colourful. They will look and feel younger and smell terrific! This service is intended for breeds who require no scissoring/clipper work around the face.
Breeds this service is perfect for include: Golden Retriever, Husky, Bernese Mountain Dog, Labrador Retriever, German Shepard (short haired), Corgi, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Beagle, Min Pin, Chihuahua, etc.
Tidy Up

This service includes all Bath & Brush items, plus our groomers will trim
the hair around:
- Face,
- Paws,
- Ears,
- Loose ends,
- Their bum/private areas, and
- Other places as required.
This is less expensive than a Groom and appropriate for dogs and cats who want to maintain the current length of their coat. This option is perfect for anyone needing a clean up without touching the length of the body, simply a tidy-up and a sanitary trim.
Breeds this service is perfect for include: Doodles, Portuguese Water Dogs, Yorkshire Terriers, Shitzu, Maltese, etc.
Disclaimer: The ability to perform a Tidy Up service will depend on the condition of your dog's coat upon booking your appointment. For example, a heavily matted dog will require a full groom for your pet's health and safety.

This service consists of a full haircut from nose to tail. Grooms start with a full Bath & Brush, as well as all the elements described in our Tidy Up.
You decide exactly how you want your pet to look, how long or short the hair should be, and whether your pet should look full bodied or slim. Our groomers will work hard to give your pet the individual look you want that will bring out the essence of their personality.
1. Chapel Hill Grooming Studio reserves the right to charge additional fees for services we consider over and above the norm covered by our standard rules. Chapel Hill Grooming reserves the right to refuse service to customers who pose a threat to our employees and other pets in our care, whether it is an aggression problem, health problem or parasite problem.
2. Breakdown of additional fees:
- Dematting fee (price of fee is dependent on size of dog; ranges between $10 - $50.00).
- Late pick up fee ($5.00 per every 5 minutes the client is late after hours of operations).
- Appointment cancellation fee is %50 of the cost of your last grooming appointment (clients are required to provide 24HR notice when cancelling an appointment in order for the groomer to be able to refill their time slot).
- If the client is any later than 15 minutes for their scheduled appointment; unfortunately the appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled since we are a strict appointment service.
3. Should the owner's pet expose the unit or salon with parasites, there will be an additional $50.00 charge to cover Chapel Hill Grooming Studio expense for fumigation of the premises. It is necessary to fumigate to prevent contamination to other dogs/cats.
4. Clients are required to call/email Chapel Hill Grooming Studio within 24 HRS if there is anything that needs to be fixed after their grooming appointment; this policy applies to full groom services, bath + brush services or a la carte/walk in services. After 24 HRS, regular pricing fee will be applied.
